How to choose

If you are new to programming, start with Python for Data Science. It covers the fundamentals you will need for everything else. Move on to Machine Learning with Python once you are comfortable manipulating data with pandas. Non-programmers who want to use AI at work should consider Prompt Engineering or Generative AI for Professionals, which focus on practical use cases, quality checks and responsible use. Developers who want to build AI-driven applications can take the agentic AI course after gaining Python confidence.

Several courses in this category are original Ace Skills programmes without a vendor exam — you receive an Ace Skills Certificate of Completion. Tableau, Databricks and Snowflake courses are aligned to the respective vendor certifications.

Throughout these courses we emphasise responsible use: checking AI output for accuracy, protecting confidential and personal data, and understanding the limits of models. These habits matter as organisations put AI tools into everyday workflows.

We never present an Ace Skills certificate as a vendor certification. Course pages state clearly whether an external exam applies.

Data & AI FAQs

Do I need a maths background for machine learning?

Basic statistics and comfort with algebra help. The course explains the intuition behind each algorithm and focuses on applying them correctly rather than deriving them.

Will I receive a certificate?

All courses include an Ace Skills Certificate of Completion. Courses aligned to Tableau, Databricks or Snowflake also prepare you for those vendors’ exams, which you book separately.

Is the generative AI course technical?

Generative AI for Professionals and Prompt Engineering are designed for working professionals and need no coding. Agentic AI with LangChain is a developer course and requires Python.

Can you run AI upskilling for our company?
