Terms of Use and Enrolment

These terms apply to your use of the Ace Skills Consulting website and to any training you enrol in with [Registered company name — to be added] (“Ace Skills”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or enrolling, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Using this website

  • You may browse and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes and to enquire about or enrol in our training.
  • You must not misuse the website — for example, by submitting false information, sending spam through our forms, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content in bulk, or interfering with its operation.
  • We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but course details, schedules, prices and exam information may change. Nothing on the website is an offer that binds us until we confirm your enrolment.
  • Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

2. Enrolment

  • Your enrolment is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation (usually by email) and, where applicable, receive payment.
  • You must give accurate information when you enrol. Learners under 18 must enrol through a parent or guardian.
  • Some courses have recommended prior knowledge. It is your responsibility to check that a course suits your experience; our advisors are happy to help.
  • Seats in each batch are limited and allocated in order of confirmed enrolment.
  • For corporate training, the terms of the signed proposal or agreement take precedence over these terms where they differ.

3. Fees, payments and GST

  • Prices in Indian rupees are shown exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%) and shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.
  • We issue a GST-compliant tax invoice for every payment. Our GSTIN is [GSTIN — to be added]. Businesses that want to claim input tax credit should give us their GSTIN and billing details before the invoice is issued.
  • Prices in other currencies are provided for convenience; the tax treatment of international payments will be shown on your invoice.
  • Unless a course page or your confirmation says otherwise, course fees do not include vendor exam vouchers, which are sold and priced separately.
  • Fees must be paid in full before the batch starts unless we agree a different schedule in writing.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, batch transfers and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Changes to batches and trainers

  • We may need to change a trainer, session time, venue or delivery mode because of illness, availability or circumstances beyond our control. Any replacement trainer will be suitably experienced in the subject.
  • If too few learners enrol, or we must cancel or postpone a batch, we will offer you a transfer to another batch or a full refund of the fees you paid for that batch.
  • We will tell you about significant changes as early as we reasonably can.

6. Attending training

  • Live online sessions require a stable internet connection, a suitable device and, for some courses, the ability to install software or use a cloud trial account. Lab and cloud-account costs you incur outside provided environments are your responsibility.
  • Please behave respectfully towards trainers and other learners. We may remove anyone from a session who is disruptive, abusive or shares access with others.
  • Session recordings, where provided, are for your personal use only and must not be shared or published.
  • An Ace Skills Certificate of Completion is issued subject to the attendance and completion requirements stated for the course. It is not a vendor certification.

7. Intellectual property

The website and all course materials we create — including slides, lab guides, practice questions, recordings and text — belong to Ace Skills or our licensors. You may use materials provided to you for your own learning. You must not copy, resell, distribute, publish or use them to train others without our written permission.

8. Trademarks and vendor relationships

All product names, logos, brands, trademarks and registered trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. Ace Skills Consulting is an independent training provider. Unless explicitly stated on a specific course page, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vendor or certifying body mentioned on this site. Where our courses are described as “aligned to” an exam, this means our content is designed around the publicly available exam objectives.

9. Exam outcomes

  • Exams are set, administered and scored by the relevant vendor or certifying body, not by us. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or obtain any certification, job or salary outcome.
  • Exam content, formats, prices, eligibility rules and availability are decided by the vendor and may change at any time. Please confirm current details on the vendor’s official website before booking.
  • Where we help you purchase or book an exam, the vendor’s own candidate terms apply in addition to ours.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide training with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, government action or public-health restrictions. In such cases we will offer a rescheduled batch or another fair remedy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Subject to that, the courts at [Courts of city — to be confirmed] shall have jurisdiction.
