How to raise a grievance

  1. Use the form on this page, or email the Grievance Officer at the address above.
  2. Tell us your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and what your request or complaint is about.
  3. If you are asking on someone else’s behalf — for example, as a parent, guardian or nominee — tell us your relationship to them.
  4. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose or delete data for the wrong person.

Our response timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receiving your grievance.
  • Resolution: within 30 days. If a request is complex, we will tell you why and keep you updated.
  • Withdrawal of consent: we will stop processing based on your consent promptly, and confirm once your data has been deleted or anonymised, except for records we must keep by law.

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with our response, or we have not responded within the timelines above, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Act expects you to approach our Grievance Officer first before going to the Board.

Using this page is free of charge. Raising a grievance will never affect your enrolment or the way we treat you.
