Why learn TOGAF 10 with Ace Skills

  • Method, not memorisation

Walk through every ADM phase with a single case so the inputs, outputs and decisions make sense together.

  • Scenario practice

Practitioner-style workshops train you to choose the best answer from several plausible ones.

  • Reusable artefacts

Take home worksheets for principles, stakeholders, gap analysis and migration planning.

  • Two levels, one course

Prepare for Foundation and Practitioner in a single, structured four-day plan.

Course overview

Enterprise architects connect strategy to delivery. They decide which capabilities a business needs, how information and applications should support them, and in what order change should happen. The TOGAF Standard gives that work a shared vocabulary and a repeatable method, and this four-day course teaches you to use it with confidence rather than recite it.

The first two days build Foundation-level knowledge: the structure of the 10th Edition, the Architecture Development Method (ADM) and its phases, architecture content and deliverables, the Enterprise Continuum, the architecture repository and governance. Each concept is tied to a running case — a mid-sized organisation planning a digital transformation — so the terms stay concrete.

Days three and four move to Practitioner-level thinking. You will tailor the ADM, manage stakeholders, handle architecture requirements, plan migrations and apply risk and capability-based planning. Group workshops ask you to pick the best response to realistic scenarios, which is exactly the judgement the Practitioner exam rewards.

Sessions are live and interactive, with time for questions from your own organisation. You leave with reusable worksheets for each ADM phase and a clear plan for booking your exams with The Open Group.

This course is aligned to the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Foundation and Practitioner exams. Ace Skills is not The Open Group and does not use official courseware; please confirm the current exam structure on The Open Group website before booking.
